MEET LANTA

I'm glad you've stopped by!

Let's be honest. Going to counseling isn't easy. It takes a lot of courage to begin the search, and you want to find a therapist who's a good fit for you.

Me? I'm a therapist who is already your advocate because I deeply believe you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter who you are.

In the counseling room? You'll find me to be genuine, creative, and laid back.

Fun facts? I love waterfalls, guacamole, and my labmix pup, Rudy!

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that counseling should be a safe place to process anything without judgment.

I believe that you have permission to take up space in the world.

I believe that we all have the capacity to tap into the deep wisdom within us, and doing so helps us reclaim our power and our stories.

I believe that creativity is a practice of our authenticity (so you may find me bringing creative resources into your sessions from time to time)!

I believe that spirituality is an important part of self, and that you should be able to talk about your beliefs (or lack therof) without someone trying to tell you what you should or shouldn't believe.
