MEET LANTA

I'm glad you've stopped by!

Let's be honest. Going to counseling isn't easy, but looking for the right counselor makes it harder! It takes a lot of courage to begin the search, and you want to find a therapist who's a good fit for you (who will also return your inquiry messages, help answer your questions while you're looking for that right fit, and be authentic with you along the way, right?!).

Trust me, I've been there (yes, I go the therapy, too)! I want to help make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Me? I'm a therapist who is already your advocate because I deeply believe you deserve to be treated with integrity and respect no matter who you are. I’m a fierce advocate for human rights, dignity and sacredness. This is the heartbeat of my work and my calling.

In the counseling room? With an holistic, integrated approach to wellness, you’ll find me to be personable, genuine and down to earth as we work together in the counseling space.

Pull up a chair and join me on this beautiful, messy journey of trying to live courageously into the people we are created to be. It’d be my honor to walk with you through whatever you are going through.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that counseling should be a safe place to process anything without judgment

I believe that you have permission to take up space in the world.

I believe that we all have the capacity to tap into the deep wisdom within us, and doing so helps us reclaim our power and our stories.

I believe that creativity is a practice of our authenticity (so you may find me bringing creative resources into your sessions from time to time)!

I believe that spirituality is an important part of self, and that you should be able to talk about your beliefs (or lack thereof) without someone trying to tell you what you should or shouldn't believe.
