Mindful Lettering Workshop
In this course, we'll cover all the basics for modern hand lettering as an effective mindfulness and self-care practice (Lanta is also a hand lettering artist and practices lettering as a creative outlet)!
You'll be instructed on lettering supplies, basic strokes, letter formation, and connecting words.
You will also learn ways to use lettering as a mindful practice to help you feel calmer, mentally clearer, happier, and more relaxed. You'll receive take home tools to help you improve your craft as a mindful practice to reduce stress.

Holiday Grief Support Group
Holidays are especially hard for those grieving the loss of a loved one. The ways we handle them are as individual as we are, but that doesn’t mean that we have to grieve alone.
Join this 5 week grief support group specifically focused on navigating grief & loss during this holiday season.

For those grieving the loss of a loved one

Learn new and healthy ways to cope with grief and loss
