CREATIVE OUTLETS & TOPICS: Advanced Hand Lettering (featured weekly), Mindful Crafts & Meditation, Creative Journaling for Reflection and Time Management, Vision Collage, and more expressive art experiences designed to spark calm, confidence, and creativity.
Led by Lanta Carroll, LPC — Therapist & Artist
Lanta is a licensed professional counselor and the lettering artist behind Letters by Lanta, with experience working with brands like Sharpie and Paper Mate. She combines her background in mental health and modern hand lettering to create spaces where creativity supports emotional wellness.
🖋️ Session 1: Words in Motion -Modern Hand Lettering + Self Expression
Learn expressive hand lettering techniques and design empowering statements that reflect your values and voice.
🎨 Session 2: Color to Calm - Mindful Coloring + Lettered Mantras
Pair soothing phrases with custom lettering and meditative coloring to create calming coloring pages you can take home.
📓 Session 3: Days in Design - Creative Journaling + Time & Energy Mapping
Create personalized journal covers and explore reflective journaling techniques to manage time and energy with intention.
🖼️ Session 4: Vision & Voice- Expressive Collage Boards
Blend hand lettering with collage and mixed media to express identity, values, and future hopes in a powerful visual format.

While each session is designed to stand alone, the full 4-week series is thoughtfully structured to build skills and deepen self-expression over time. Teens will expand on their hand lettering abilities each week while exploring new mindfulness and creative themes.
