Therapy for
Chronic Illness

Living with chronic illness can be incredibly complex — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The daily effort of managing pain, fatigue, and unpredictable symptoms can be isolating. You may feel like you're constantly explaining, justifying, or minimizing your experience to others — even to yourself.

I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work with clients navigating chronic illness.

As someone living with multiple sclerosis, I know what it means to live in a body that requires constant listening, gentleness, and adaptation. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean erasing illness—it means learning how to live more fully and authentically with what is.

What would it mean if ...

  • your pain didn’t dominate your life or identity?

  • rest felt like self-respect instead of defeat?

  • you could stop apologizing for your need

  • your body became something you cared for, not fought against?

Your pain is real. And so is your resilience.

  • You’re tired of being dismissed, disbelieved, or told “you don’t look sick.”

  • You’ve tried to advocate for yourself in medical spaces that often don’t listen, and you’re left feeling isolated, frustrated, and unseen.

  • You’re exhausted—not just physically, but emotionally—from navigating a world that expects you to push through or pretend you’re fine.

  • You want space to explore how illness has shaped your life—without judgment, pressure, or toxic positivity.

  • You want to reconnect with your body on your own terms, honoring the cues it gives you and reclaiming your sense of wholeness.

  • You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need to be heard, held, and supported in living as fully as possible in the body you’re in.

I believe in care that affirms your lived experience, centers your inner wisdom, and respects your autonomy every step of the way.

You deserve a therapist who trusts that you are the expert on your body. This is a space for you to be fully human.

In our work together, we’ll explore how your symptoms, energy, and intuition intersect.

We’ll hold space for both grief and joy,

limitation and possibility.
